Challenging situations are always inevitable, especially for weddings. I'm always up for a challenge, but I will always make sure you have all of the information you need for your big day. You'll receive emails and PDF guides to make sure you are fully prepared for your wedding day.

Each of my wedding packages include two hours of travel for your wedding day and a complimentary local engagement session in the Bourbonanis/Kankakee area. I'll also help you with planning your wedding timeline about 60 days prior to your wedding, so you feel prepared.

OUR PROCESS
HOW IT WORKS
Once my clients have chosen their dates, we will set up a phone consultation to chat wedding details, my services that I have to offer as well as key points in my contract.

booking
Once my clients have made the decision to move forward with booking my services, the contract will need to be signed along with the 40% booking fee to hold their date.

PLANNING + CONSULTATIONS
Once I receive the signed contract and the booking fee to reserve my clients wedding date, we then will set a date for the complimentary engagement session. I will send some location ideas once closer to the set date and help with any wardrobe ideas my clients need.

ENGAGEMENT SESSION
My engagement sessions are about an hour long and all of my clients get to choose 20 images that are included in the with the option to purchase more. There is a two week turnaround timeframe to receive your downloadable gallery (excluding weekends and Holiday's).

YOUR WEDDING
I help all of my clients with a timeline 90 days before their wedding day. This ensures that your photographer is given enough time to get what they need. When it comes to getting all of those beautiful shots that you dreamed of, having enough time is highly recommended. I will be sure your day isn't overwhelming while leaving additional time to spend with friends and family. I want nothing more than my couple's to enjoy their wedding day.

I spent months researching and looking for the perfect wedding photographer, because pictures are important! I came across Danielle and was blown away. Are we allowed to add on extra hours?
Yes, of course! Client can add on additional coverage if needed prior to the wedding when the final balance is due.
Do you resize your images?
I don't resize my images. The files received will be the highest resolution for printing as well as posting online. The quality of my images is one of the reasons whey clients hire me.
Do you have a second shooter?
I have photographed weddings by myself for well over a decade. Recently I have given the option to add on a second shooter to your wedding package. I do offer a featured package that includes a second shooter.
I can handle most weddings by myself, but a second shooter comes in handy when it's time to take the groom/groomsmen getting ready portraits as well as the groom/groomsmen portraits during the time I will be with the bride and bridesmaids. Second shooters can also get a head start on capturing details while I capture family/bride and groom portraits if time is running short.

Do you post all of your weddings online?
Marketing is huge in this day and age for photographers. I do post the majority of my weddings as well as sessions on my Facebook, Instagram, website and blog. Without showcasing my work, nobody will be able to see my most frequent work when looking to hire me.
It's important that I do showcase as much of my work as possible. I don't take any weddings that I am not allowed to display for viewing or publicizing.
Do you hold onto wedding images forever?
I do hold onto my wedding images for awhile, but after I give them to my clients, it's important to back up all of the files. I don't hold onto galleries indefinitely.
How soon do we get our preview up?
I get all client's previews up within a two-week timeframe or less. I typically have a very quick turnaround time for previews
How long until we get our gallery?
My turnaround timeframe is 90 days. Please note, I have never taken a full 90 days to deliver a wedding gallery, but during the busy wedding season months, that time might be needed. I deliver 8-10 weeks for most of my wedding galleries since they are very large with hundreds of images.
Do you give full rights to our images?
As the artist, I do hold the rights to all of my images, however I do give the rights to my clients to reproduce, print, post online etc. Each client will get printing rights/license that will allow you to have rights over printing and posting. I unfortunately don't allow any other person or artist to re edit my images or for my images to be used for commercial or editorial purposes without written consent from me.
Do you charge a travel fee?
How long have you photographed weddings for?
I LOVE to travel, especially for engagement sessions and weddings. I don't charge travel for weddings an hour or less away from my area. I am located in Bourbonnais, IL. If your wedding is over an hour away, there will be a small travel fee. My destination wedding packages include all travel costs for flight, rental, food, hotel/Airbnb etc..
For engagement sessions, I don't charge travel anywhere from 20 miles from my initial area. There will be a small travel fee if traveling more than 20 miles outside of my area.
I have been photographing weddings for nearly 13 years now. I am experienced with photographing in all kinds of lighting. I specialize in natural light as well as flash photography which will need to be used for certain portions of the wedding day.
